You are invited to enroll in my 3 month 1:1 coaching program Stop Worrying About Your Patients.  

In this program you will get biweekly 45 min 1:1 coaching sessions with me, where you get the support and strategies you need to reclaim control and confidence over your patient care, and leave worry behind in the process.

We tailor the sessions to what YOU most want to learn. Do you want to get your paperwork done faster? Navigate tricky patient encounters without running 60 minutes behind? Set firmer boundaries? I’ve got you, friend!

In between sessions, you will practice implementing all the skills and see the immediate benefit to yourself and your patients. If roadblocks come up, no problem, I am happy to support you with email coaching to get you back on track.

You will also have access to my growing library of recordings, tools and resources that I have developed to stop worrying in many areas of my own life.

Coaching and therapy have some overlapping philosophies, but are very different approaches to the human mind. Therapy is primarily focused on helping folks who have a debilitating mental health diagnosis, while coaching is best suited for someone who is generally functioning but disempowered to own the power they have over their own lives.
