Challenges & Triumphs in NP-MD Collaboration with Amy Allen, NP

In this episode, I had the joy of interviewing on of my favourite healthcare humans, Amy Allen, one of the nurse practitioners who help me take care of my patients! Amy opens up about her personal experiences with imposter syndrome and we examine the inhuman stories that exist about "NPs versus MDs" that exacerbate those imposter feelings for many. We share the different communication methods we have developed, such as weekly meetings and voice memos, that have been instrumental in building our strong working relationship.
