Despite being in contact with dozens of humans every day, I remember feeling so isolated and estranged as I went through my clinic day.

In part, because I never had enough time or energy to sit still and connect with the person in front of me - there was always too much else to do!

In equal parts, because I had learned to hide the authentic parts of myself from my patients and colleagues, for fear of being judged, scorned or sued. 

Is it any wonder that I would be missing a deeper connection with others, when I had learned over time to stay too busy and too “professional” to even be connected with myself?

This is why I’ve created a group coaching experience that focuses on connection.
